Terms and Conditions, PD Carts

- Inventory and prices: Listings, prices, and availability can change without notice, and carts may sell before the site updates. Please call to confirm a cart is available and to get final pricing before you visit. Taxes, fees, and options are not included unless stated.
- Photos and specs: We work to keep descriptions accurate, but photos and specs are for illustration. Inspect a cart before you buy it.
- Financing: Financing is offered through Sheffield Financial and subject to their approval and terms.
- Deposits: A $25 holding deposit, paid online through WooPayments, holds a cart for you while we finish the sale. The deposit is applied to your purchase price. If the cart can’t be sold to you for any reason on our end, we refund the deposit in full. Call (910) 439-1880 for hold-time and cancellation details.
- Warranty: Any warranty is the one stated for that cart in writing at the time of sale.
